Experience MetaGarden Genesis
Dear friends! You are invited to join us on Monday, October 18, at 8 pm CET, at Genesis world in VRChat for a guided tour and an informal discussion about the Genesis and the whole series of artworks for social VR spaces and my other ongoing projects.
🔴 Genesis Sphere 4 will be presented in the scope of ManifestationNL. ManifestationsNL is one of the many (virtual + physical) locations of the Dutch Design Week festival in Eindhoven (NL), the biggest design event in Northern Europe [16-24 October 2021 live].
🔴 Metagarden is produced by Ultramono.art, an art laboratory for the production of cybernetic art and also within the scope of SciArt Lab, a research laboratory within the Department of Knowledge Technologies at the Jožef Stefan Institute. It is a platform for applied research, education and production of projects at the juncture of science and art.

Cosmologies…by diving in between threads, paths, sphere-nodes and proto-machine. Perpetual actions of proto-machines appear in different areas of metagardens. They might be parts of bigger distillation mechanisms, refineries of basic elements, quantum computing mega devices, factories of amalgams, crystal nurseries, cloud regulators, dew collectors, plasma reactors, or field farms of nanotubes.More at nurseries, we witness variable atmospheric conditions controlled by a multitude of actors. Vibrations of sound waves as invisible wires spread emotion through triggering impulses. As a liquid agent distributed among actors of a particular world, it can connect the invisible strings among people, and tie them into a temporary network of vibrant energy flows. Hakim Bey within "The Temporary Autonomous Zone (TAZ)" talks about the parties as republics of gratified desires. Escaping the regular rhythms of life, according to Bey, helps one to discover the real edges of reality." Clubbing in real life and in virtual reality social spaces, ethos of PLUR, connecting with fellow humans through art, is part of my ongoing research and projects related to early and current rave scene, techno and other genres of electronic music.
