Imaginary space that existed in the past is envisioned as a future hideout. Grown out of the seeds of previous artworks of the AvantGarden series, the latest edition of the Flowershop is more mysterious, dark, and gloomy yet uplifting and opens more questions than provides answers on the now ongoing saga of the AvantGarden living and non-human protagonists: semi-autonomous avatars, NPCs, floating protectors, and proto-machines.
As a surrealist game-play of words and objects, this semi-abstract place is impossible to describe. All in one and immaterial at the same time, it hints towards some real-life place or location, yet nothing in its changing environment cant be described entirely.

Carboflora
Among many shows and festivals I participate atm, this one is especially close to my heart! So happy my Carboflora, an interactive installation reflecting the pollution in the air nearby, will be again on display as part of the βCon los pies en la Tierraβ, a collective exhibition dedicated to ecology and art opening today at CAAM, Centro AtlΓ‘ntico de Arte Moderno. Cabildo de Gran Canaria. This massive exhibition was curated by Zoran Eric & Blanca De La Torre, and presented differently in MSUB last year!
AvantGarden
It was such a treat and bliss to work with the amazing team of Kino Siska, Centre for Urban Culture during my art residency there. This time focus was on accentuating the importance of Sound Art, soundscapes and various forms of experimental EDM (Glitchcore, Noise, Techno) I was working on over the years and present it all within the context of my ongoing hybrid project AvantGarden / ULTRAMONO. New images for the exhibition and rave by Nejc Ketis/Kino Siska, and few shots from preparation phase. Thank you all so much!

Friday AvantGarden! After my art residency in epic Kino Siska, we finally presented the results of sound-focused research of my AvantGarden project in two parts - the first part was a hybrid of audio-visual and VR installation and the second continued as a rave party! More than 150 people were at this six hours long event that the amazing team of Kino Siska prepared together with me for months! During the installation part, my techno tracks were played at 20 bpm, and later at a rave at the original speed of 140bpm. Extra special thanks to curator Lara Mejac, and genius video, sound, and light technicians. Thank you all so much!

the CORE series is a poetic exercise into the Thing itself, made of our Other and ourselves. Nature, technology, micro, and macro insights, all swirl, and spring from countless, layered pools of the collective imagination. From there we take occasional sips to establish where we stand on the grid of time-space of our numerous dimensions. Noosphere, singularity, extreme futurism, nanobots, advanced robotics, and transhumanism, seem to be beautiful dreams on the drifting boats of the sea of consciousness.
