SUBSTRATE consists of peripheral material produced during the development of SYNTHSPA.
It includes interface studies, cosmetic closeups, atmospheric fragments and experimental image systems.
The material appears as audiovisual fragments, digital compositions, residual images and printed works.
Many elements feature synthetic surface treatments, reflective materials, vapor-like textures and modified skin-like structures.
SUBSTRATE also appears as a vapor-based material within the installation space.
It is derived from two floral extracts and a single amber extract.
The material circulates across physical environments, virtual spaces, moving image and printed formats.
