AVANTGUARDIANS consists of digital entities constructed from anatomical references to extinct* species.
The work generates synthetic organisms based on named biological and prehistoric references used in image prompts.
Each figure is assembled as a speculative organism existing within a virtual environment.
The forms appear as variations derived from these references across different outputs.
A reference list of extinct species informs the visual construction of the entities.
The work presents reconstructed life-forms as generated images.
