EYE
EYE is a virtual ecosystem of fractal perception. At its core hovers a single eyed hybrid entity inspired by microscopic organisms like copepods whose vision maps the overlooked layers of reality. This minuscule life becomes a model for navigating worlds nested within worlds. Hyperbolic and microscopic dimensions coexist on the same plane.
The work critiques vision as dominance or control while exploring it as a mode of connection. Floating sculptures, data surfaces, and light organisms form a space of fractal observation. Every glance traces patterns across scales, revealing structures invisible in ordinary perception. Scrolling, moving, and shifting attention transforms the experience into a perceptual journey across dimensions.
Artificial and human attention intersect as distributed observers across fractal structures. The synthetic eye operates like a networked copepod scanning scales from the microscopic to the hyperbolic, revealing nested patterns of form and light. Seeing becomes a tool of co-creation. The observer, human or machine, participates in generating perceptual layers and shapes the virtual ecosystem through presence and attention. EYE proposes that perception is active, relational, and generative. To see is to produce worlds.
